IT Clarity has recently finished an International Data Warehouse Project. Our client approached us shortly after a management buy-out and was contemplating changing all of their operations to a single ERP System. They were in dire need of being able to report consolidated financials across the group. They also needed the ability to monitor stock, sales and purchases across the group.

We suggested that they implement a Data Warehouse, mainly because implementing a new ERP system are extremely expensive and takes a long time to bed it down. The training of critical staff to completely new systems takes quite some time and effort.

With our Data Warehouse approach we avoided this due to the fact that we did not change the way the system operates. We took the data and transformed it into a common system. The staff did not have to get any training and the data is still available for the consolidated reporting and monitoring.

The Data Warehouse pulls data from different countries automatically and makes it available via various reports.
